The second and last step in debt management budgeting is to plan your expenditure in such a way that in each month, you have sufficient resources to pay off your debts. This thing can be done by the help of classifying your expenditures on their nature. Your expenditure can either be a necessity, comfort or a luxury. The core technique of the type of budgeting is to plan your budget in such way that you have some room for payment of interest and installments. This thing can be done by cutting some expenditure on luxury. You can also create some room in your budget by creating some replacement expenditures. Replacement expenditures are the expenditures in which you replace your expenditure by its substitute, which is cheaper in price. You can replace your expenditure on taxi by using subway to bus. The best solution will be to replace it with walking. You can replace your expenditure on laundry by washing at your own.
